We had such a wonderful experience with Chris! He came out to fix our brakes and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and informative throughout the entire process. We were very happy with the service we received and would highly recommend NuBrakes. If you’re able to request Chris specifically, I definitely recommend him! Great service from start to finish, and we would 100% use NuBrakes again!

My Technician Chris A. was amazing! It's the 2nd time I used NuBrakes here in Florida & EACH time, this guy came out with a Smile of Service & a Positive Attitude that he could get the job done! The 1st time he was so Honest! He told me that I didn't even need servicing at the time. The 2nd time he came out, He actually Resolved an issue I inherited by deciding to go with a different service. Chris at NuBrakes was the BEST choice both times! Thanks a million & please give that guy a Bonus & a Raise! He's Chris is THE BEST OF THE BEST OVER AT NUBRAKES! Thanks guys, & God Bless!

I needed to get rear brakes and rotors inspected and installation on my 2017 mustang, I saw an advertisement on google from Nubrakes and decided to get a quote. Instantly when i got the quote I scheduled an appointment, the price was too good to pass on. unfortunately I had to reschedule to an earlier day because of circumstances and Nubrakes was able to get me squeezed in the day of. There customer support is top notch. The best part of this entire experience was the actual technician himself, his name is Chris and he did an amazing job with my car. He walked me through the entire inspection of both the front and rear axels and gave me the entire truth, the rear brakes were a must replace and gave me an honest answer on whether the fronts needed to he replaced immediately or if I had a little more life out of them and in no way made me feel like I was forced or needed to do all of them at once. He took great care of my brake job the car stops phenomenal now and for the convenience of having them come to my house even in busy parts of miami in an apartment garage he still made it work. Please ask for Chris when scheduling your appointment you will not regret it.

Chris & NuBrakes were AWESOME. Chris made the whole process sooo easy, especially with my limited schedule. He communicated the entire time, came to my home, finished quickly, and made sure the car was good before leaving. The grinding noise is completely gone, brakes are fixed and I’m genuinely so grateful for how smooth and stress-free everything was. I won’t procrastinate this again! It was also so easy to schedule via text with NuBrakes - within 24 hours of us being in contact, my car was fixed!!! I’m impressed and grateful, the price was extremely reasonable and the quality of service was excellent. I’ll definitely use NuBrakes again and highly recommend them and Chris. Thank you all, so much. Truly!!!!
